City’s Mobile Office heads to Langa next week

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Langa Administration Building on Thursday, 30 January 2025, and at the Zone 25 Community Hall on Friday, 31 January 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer at this office on the day.
The details are as follows:
Thursday, 30 January 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Langa Administration Building, Cnr. King Langalibalele Drive & Lerotholi Avenue, Langa
Friday, 31 January 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Zone 25 Community Hall, Winnie Mandela Drive, Langa
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘We are bringing the City’s services closer to Langa residents to ensure that no time and money is spent on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
